Thank You, and Into 2026

A short note to close the year: 2026 will be about retention and growth of existing clients, earned through deeper, value-based partnerships.

As we wrap up the year, I just wanted to take a moment to say something simple but sincere: thank you.

Thank you for reading these emails.

Thank you for being curious, reflective, and committed to strengthening how your agency shows up for clients.

And thank you for valuing the kind of work that often gets pushed aside in the rush of delivery, the work of building better relationships, better experiences, and better partnerships.

This is my last email of the year, and before we step into 2026, I want you to know how much I appreciate you being part of this community. I never take it for granted that you open these emails, send replies, share thoughts with your teams, or simply take a moment to reflect on your own client experience. It means a lot.

And I hope, in some small way, the content this year has helped you strengthen your partnerships, steady your team, or rethink how you approach growth.

What 2026 will be about

Because if there's one thing I know about the year ahead, it's this:

2026 will be all about retention and growth of existing clients, not through harder selling, but through deeper, value-based partnerships.

The kind of partnerships that are earned through clarity, trust, and genuine collaboration… not volume of output.

That's where the opportunity is next year.

And that's where I'll be focusing my energy, continuing to share insights, tools, and support to help you build the kind of client relationships that last.

If you're planning ahead

If you're planning ahead and know you want support, whether that's:

  • refining your client experience,
  • upskilling your team,
  • auditing how your client services function is performing,
  • or strengthening growth and retention across your client base…

Just hit reply. I'd be happy to chat.

For now, I'll leave you with this: I hope you have a restful, joyful Christmas and a genuinely restorative break. You've earned it.

And I'm looking forward to being back in your inbox in 2026, with more Client Services insights and a renewed focus on helping you build partnerships that really work.

Wishing you a very happy Christmas,

Jo
